I believed the power of my mind alone could “save me.” Instead, it kept me trapped in the same loop. At the time, I had no idea that reconnecting with my body, my natural sensuality, and the unexpected delight I discovered there would transform my life from the inside out.<\/p>\n

Today, I guide women who are done living on autopilot-just functioning, disconnected from their bodies, and silently aching for more.<\/p>\n

For over fifteen years, as a sensual embodiment practitioner and self-love specialist, I have supported hundreds of women to reconnect with what lights them up, meet their emotions with compassion, release unconscious patterns, and awaken the deep intelligence within their bodies. Through this process, they come home to themselves-reclaiming their voice, their confidence, their radiance, and their serenity.<\/p>\n

\n In 2025, I became certified as an Embodied Psycho-Sexual Method Practitioner with Dr. Saida Desilets-a gentle and powerful modality that supports erotic intelligence, sexual sovereignty, and trauma transcendence. I am also the founder of Centre La Joie de Vivre near Nyon, Switzerland, a sanctuary where women come to root, breathe, and flourish.\n\t

This work is not just something I teach-it is the path I have walked myself. I spent years living in my head, disconnected from my body, carrying the weight of childhood trauma, codependency, and relational wounds. For decades, neither love, psychotherapy, nor countless healing modalities could fully dissolve the pain and patterns. True and lasting transformation began only when I chose myself-my aliveness, my wholeness, my truth, my own delight.<\/p>\n
